At that point, I was informed that due to their system 'being upgraded' that it was take 30 days to refund the money. When I realized that my account had been charged for $299, I reached out to their customer service to refund the money and cancel my account because I did not find their resources worth $299. At no point when I was making the payments was it clear that I would be charged $299: not on the add, not on the registration form, or on the billing/payment page.
I signed up for their online service when it was advertised at $5, however I was charged $299 when the 'stipulations' for getting a REFUND of $294 was not clear.
